Brian Williams request for stories

Brian Williams ended his March 4th newscast with a request for story ideas.  "While it might not seem like it every evening, we are always looking for good news." 

This is a call to Images and Voices of Hope for stories about resilience, ingenuity, courage and dignity. 

Visit www.nightly.msnbc.com and nominate people you know who are doing good things. I'm doing it today.

Does anyone know what the public reaction to this call for stories has been?
