Do filmmakers and funders need to sign a "prenup"?

 That's a rhetorical question, of course.

 I thought some of you might be interested in a project I was involved in during the past year.  It revolves around the complicated relationship developed between independent filmmakers and the foundations/donors who support their work.  Often these relationships become stormy...often over issues revolving around artistic/journalistic freedom.This project offers guidelines to help the two sides figure out how to avoid these kinds of blow-ups.
