We invite you to a conversation among professionals in the Bay Area media, arts and journalism community on the subject of "Personal Mission and Social Impact." This conversation is organized by Images & Voices of Hope, a global media dialogue project working to strengthen the role of media as agents of world benefit. It will be facilitated by IVOH's director, Judy Rodgers.

As media professionals, we know that the stories we choose to tell (and how we tell them)   matter - that they shape the kind of world we and our children will live in. What draws us together is our belief that media can make a powerful and positive difference, and our commitment to explore how that positive potential can be realized -- how we can make choices in our work that increase public trust, generate constructive meaning, and strengthen human hope and courage to take action, in our communities and in the larger world.
