Thought Leader Forum: Journalism

This is a forum for TLD journalism participants to discuss, invent, exchange and play with ideas.

Welcome, Everyone!

I just wanted to send a shout-out to everyone who will be attending the next IVOH dialogue on conversation in June.  Here's a little confession:  I got invovled in this quite by accident when Roberta Baskin asked me to speak to an IVOH conference a few years ago.  I was clueless about the origins and purpose of the group.  I really enjoyed the experience, and I somehow got pulled into the mix.  Now, I look forward to this chance to exchange ideas with incredibly smart and thoughtful people.  I'll see you in Kalamazoo.

Dear friends,

Thought Leader Call - Social Media

I could use your help understanding what we want out of these calls, and specifically the one on social media. Here are my questions:

1)  Are you interested in the topic and want to be part of the discussion?
2)  Should we keep these intimate by only inviting thought leaders and a few thoughtful guests or should we make them open and invite others who may have interest and little expertise?
3)  Are you comfortable if we record them and post the audio on the IVOH site?
4)  On social media, do you think of yourself as a beginner, intermediate, or a pro?

Welcome and Welcome Back

I have been reading the Meet-the-Thought-Leaders profiles and am fascinated.  I can't wait to hear about the last year from those I know and to welcome those I don't know.  It will be wonderful to be with you next week.  Judy

Welcome to the Thought Leader Chat Room

This is a space where Thought Leaders are encouraged to discuss their work and issues of the day amongst themselves. It is similar to blogging, so you can add images and links to the discussion as well. Please join the conversation or start your own!
