ivoh launched the Restorative Narrative Fellowship in 2015 to provide the space, mentoring, and funding for journalists, live storytellers, gamers, and documentary filmmakers to take a deeper dive into stories of resilience and recovery.

ivoh’s fellowship has resulted in award-winning stories that demonstrate the value of working closely with individuals and communities to craft authentic, complete narratives. Their projects have been published in: The Times-Picayune, AL.com, The California Sunday Magazine, The Detroit Free Press, Siouxland Public Media, The Atlantic and NPR.

We will open applications for our 2019 Fellowship class on December 6, 2018, with a January 2, 2019 deadline. For more information, see the below FAQs.
